This automatic finger joint line is mainly for processing integrated wood.Combing teeth are processed on short material ends,and then glue is applied to prepare materials for inoculation machine.The purpose is to splice wood after lengthening ,change the distribution of wood fibers,and prevent deformation to meet the manufacturing requirements of High-grad furniture .The combing machine combination line is composed of five machine tools, which are: preparation belt conveyor, automatic comb opening machine, transition belt conveyor, automatic comb opening machine, discharge belt conveyor .
The comber assembly line adopts imported servo drive system,with accurate operation,smooth and stable high speed ,low failure rate and less labor consumption.The gluing part is unique in structure ,uniform in gluing ,and the residual glue can be recycled ,thus saving glue compared with other machines.The automatically completed,thus reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency.
